This song is by Hachi, if you know any of his songs, he loves obscure stories. This one is about a woman who is hallucinating between life and death when she is hurt in a subway train crash. She likes this in-between life and death and wants to stay there, but in the end, she chooses life, and wakes up on the scene of the crash.

You mean Mr. Jack? I think he symbolizes her yearning for death. As for the Pumpkin in Mrs. Pumpkin herself, well, suppose that may tie in with Jack, but it's probably also for the Halloween festive thing.
